How do I retrieve/change my Password/Username?
Member status or higher requiredForgot one or both?
Before you try to retrieve please remember
You must still have access to the email address you registered with
Usernames and Passwords are both case sensitive
i.e. JohnSmith would not work if johnsmith was originally entered when registering.
To retrieve please use the Forgot Login Details which can be found at the foot of the page in the Resource Links section.
Then simply follow the onscreen instructions and then the instructions supplied by email.
I now have a different email address!
If you no longer have access to the original email address or have changed it since you last logged in, please use 'Contact Us' below.
Inform us with as much info about your account as possible along with your new email address.
Changing your Username
Your username can not be changed, usernames are unique to each member and is set when you register.
Changing your Password
Must be logged in
Click on Control Panel/My Profile
Click on the word change (in blue) or + at the end of the Password line
Read the password criteria and enter your new password (twice) then click the >> button
Logout and then Login using your new password.
