The AGM will be held on Thursday 28th November at Kenilworth Tennis Club at 19:30 prompt, can I remind you that you need to send a representative from your club along to the AGM and have them briefed on any proposals that we will be voting on. Any proposals for rule changes and/or points to be raised are welcome and should be communicated to the committee using the MS Forms link. 2024 FIXTURES ARE NOW LIVE |

We have now entered all of the men’s and ladies fixtures for the 2024 season.
This is the first time Catherine and myself have been responsible this process, and it is not easy.
It requires more than 1000 manual entries which are very difficult to check without reading through every match entry and checking it off from a spreadsheet.
This also assuming the spreadsheet is correct and that I transferred all the home night and special requirements across from your entry forms without any mista .......

2023 Season information for Team Captains

Contacts and Captains. Can you please make sure all information in Mydivision is up to date re club administrators and team captains. Every year we have problems with people trying to contact a captain, where they are no longer doing the role. It can waste a lot of time.
Please check your fixtures carefully. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure they are correct. The entry of fixtures is a very manual process and mistakes do happen. Let us know ASAP please.

Balls for 2023 Season

“Due to the smooth transition of all clubs last season the committee has decided to continue to allow any ITF approved TYPE 2 tennis ball to be used in our league matches for the 2023 season.
