The league shall be named the Campden and District Mexed Medley League and consist of one division unless the number of teams wishing to join the league in any one season exceeds 8. Clubs may enter one team per division. |

Membership of the league is open to Tennis Clubs within an approximate 20-mile radius of Chipping Campden who are affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) |

Each team shall consist of 2 ladies and 2 men that are over the age of 14 years. No player may play for more than one club in a season. |

Four rubbers are to be played per fixture. First half rubbers - 1 x Men's Doubles and 1 x Ladies Doubles. Second half rubbers - 2 x Mixed Doubles. Mixed - Home first pair to play Away first pair, Home second pair to play Away second pair. Each rubber will be two sets, with normal 7-point tie break at 6-6. No third set. One point for each set won. |

Matches may be played on any weekday evening starting at 6:30 pm, or over the weekend starting no later than 2 pm. |

Matches must be played on the due date unless bad weather forces a postponement. Then it must be re-arranged by the home team within four weeks of the scheduled date. The home team should give the away team ar least two alternative dates. |

If a team can only field 3 players i.e. 2 men and 1 lady or 2 ladies and 1 man, the match can go ahead provided the opponents are informed in advance. Two of the four rubbers must be forfeited 6-0, 6-0. A match cannot be played with just 2 in a team and a lady cannot stand in for a man or vice versa. |

Eight new International Tennis Federation (ITF) approved balls of any make must be provided by the home team, and matches should be played on outdoor courts. Two courts should be made available for each match, unless one team only has 3 players then the match can be played on one court. When a team opts for an evening home match, they must provide court lighting at their expense should this be needed. |

The home team is responsible for entering the result on mydivision.com within three days of the match, with the away team confirming the result. The League Administrator must be notified if a match is postponed so the fixture date can be changed. |

The league winner will be the club with the highest number of points i.e. sets won over the season. In the event of a tie the winner will be the club who have won the most sets and the most games. |

Any disputes should be referred to the League Administrator whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. |
