The submission of match results via the website is now mandatory for both Home and Away teams. Results must be both submitted and confirmed online within 2 days and no match card is to be posted either to the Div Sec or the website administrator.
To enable results to be entered promptly, clubs (and in particular Club Admins) will need to ensure that there is at least one player in each team who is registered on MyDivision and is authorized to submit results. (This will normally be the team captain but could be another player, if preferred).
No match cards will be distributed at the Fixture Meeting but both teams are required to keep a copy of the result until the end of the season, in case any disputes arise or queries need to be resolved.
To facilitate this (and to avoid mistakes when entering the result online following the match), blank match cards can be printed direct from the website via Print Match Card in the Tennis Index (left column)
