Contacts and Captains. Can you please make sure all information in Mydivision is up to date re club administrators and team captains. Every year we have problems with people trying to contact a captain, where they are no longer doing the role. It can waste a lot of time.
Please check your fixtures carefully. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure they are correct. The entry of fixtures is a very manual process and mistakes do happen. Let us know ASAP please.
Now that the fixtures are out it can be very difficult to make any changes. However, if a change is absolutely essential, please let Scott or Chris know ASAP, as the longer we have, the more likely we can make the change. No guarantees though.
If you have any new captains, please make sure they have read and understood the rules. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.
Make sure you have registered new players at least 2 weeks before the start of the season AND make sure they are registered with the Coventry league. There is a tick box against each player indicating registration with the Coventry league. Just registering players on Mydivision is not enough.
Please note that the requirement now, after matches, is to provide 'refreshments', so do not assume a meal will be provided by your opposition. It may be worth emailing the opposition captain before the match to confirm the arrangements.
If any of your players has a problem or is not sure about a rule, please contact Scott or Chris as soon as possible, they are very helpful.
